  5. echo  DEEP SPACE Ver. 5 is distributed in its most complete form on CD ROM.  The
  6. echo  registered version is also distributed, with fewer supporting files, on
  7. echo  magnetic disks, and a shareware version may be obtained either on magnetic
  8. echo  disk from a Shareware distributor or by downloading files from a BBS or an
  9. echo  Internet ftp site, such as: oak.oakland.edu, among others.

  11. echo  The shareware version requires a minimum of 4 megabytes of hard disk storage
  12. echo  when installed.  The fully installed CD ROM version takes approximately 14
  13. echo  megabytes.  In each case a few extra megs of disk space is needed during the
  14. echo  installation process to accomodate temporary files.
  15. echo 
  16. echo  To install DEEP SPACE Ver. 5, use the INSTALL.EXE program provided.  It will 
  17. echo  install from CD ROM or disk to your hard drive.  It can also be used to expand
  18. echo  and correctly distribute files from the compressed format used to distribute 
  19. echo  the Shareware version on bulletin boards or the Internet.  To run INSTALL.EXE
  20. echo  type:

  23. echo  If you have the files DSPACE5A.EXE and DSPACE5B.EXE but do not have access to
  24. echo  INSTALL.EXE, create a new directory, copy both files to it, expand them by
  25. echo  typing their names without the .EXE extension, then run INSTALL.
